Home warranty customers' warranty is with the policy provider. As a general rule of thumb, services provided by My Georgia Plumber through your home warranty company have a 30 day labor/installation warranty. Your home warranty company must be promptly notified and authorization to schedule a return call under your home warranty must be received prior to scheduling a warranty request. Your home warranty provider may or may not require an additional trade fee for this type of service. Each home warranty provider and policy is different and change from time to time. Please contact your specific home warranty company for details and parameters of your particular policy.
My Georgia Plumber does not provide any warranty on products purchased elsewhere. Defects or failure of products would fall under the guidelines of the retailer or manufacturer.
For warranty service of a retail install, please contact our 24 hour emergency line at (770) 704-1915 or you fill out our Request Service form online. Then contact your retailer to report the failure or defect. Once we receive authorization and paperwork from your retailer one of our friendly office staff will contact you to schedule.
