I had a great experience with My Ga Plumber. I called on a Mon AM with water on the floor but couldn't find the source. Santos came over by 3 PM and got the issue resolved. I appreciate that he listened to me about what I had eliminated as the source. I had been working on the water Sum PM and Mon so he didn't waste a lot of time repeating steps.

My Georgia plumber was very easy to work with and were referred by my home warranty company as I called regarding a tankless hot water issue. Their technician tracking system was fantastic and I did get a text from Preston, letting me know he was on his way. He appeared in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous, and explained the tankless hot water system to me. I would have no reservations, recommending my Georgia plumber or reaching out to them should further issues reply and I am very happy.

Arrived to our property to replace a section of the main line. The equipment they brought to dig the trench would not start. The employees proceeded to spend 1.5 hours yelling and swearing at one another working on the equipment in front of our home, leaving a huge oil/gas stain in front of our house that they refuse to clean because they have no "legal obligation" to rectify a problem THEY CAUSED. Office staff is nasty when answering the phone, and we had to call to request any type of invoice or receipt for the work that was completed. We were recommended this company by our home warranty, but I would not recommend them or have them complete any work on our home in the future, which is a shame, as the younger technicians who came to give us an estimate were awesome.Updated to reply to owner: We did reach out to the office, sent photos of the stain, before and after the rain, and this is the response we received: "We would like to clarify that we are not legally obligated to clean city roads, as this responsibility typically falls under the jurisdiction of the city or municipality. If this issue were on your private property, such as your driveway, we would be more than happy to assist in addressing it. However, since the area in question is not your property, we recommend contacting the city for further assistance."Absolutely ridiculous response to an issue YOUR COMPANY caused.

I never write reviews but this is an experience for the ages! Late 2 hours for a rescheduled appointment that made me loose the whole working day! Simple faucet leaking. Tech shows up-probably around 18 or so, looks at the problem comes back with the "main"guy to explain what the problem is and how much will be. Same issue last year-another faucet- with same company different tech! $225-$250 nicest guy ever. Different guy this time around-borderline rude, dismissive of me telling him about last call from this company and $800.00 to boot! Plus charging $150.00 for telling me what the problem is. Wow! IF you want LATE, RUDE and OVERPRICED you came to the right place!!Update on this review: Contacted this vendor as per "owner" response to have the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Nice lady informed me that a manager will contact me as soon as possible. That was 2 days ago!! I guess we need to add LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE" to what describes this place! Wow and I thought it couldn't get any worse!!

SCAMMERS! Beware! They came to my house to look at a shower valve leak and told me the wall, tile and valve had to be torn out and replaced which would not be covered by my warranty company. They did not bother to look at the obvious and almost always the cause of a shower valve leak which is a bad cartridge. Instead of paying the $2100 + tile replacement they told me I needed, I replaced the $45 cartridge and the leak was solved.I suspected the technician was scamming me when he was here because he wanted to know what I did to afford such a nice home and that he should be on commission (which I suspect he is already) because he was making the company a lot of money.Fortunately I was a home builder for ten years and have been in the real estate industry for 28 years and decided to take the most likely step to correct the issue instead of the most expensive one which was their recommendation.I wonder how many people they scam who don't know any better. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am ashamed for them.

Beware of bait and switch if you talk to the after-hours team. I was scheduled for an 8-10am slot on a Monday (confirmed by text, email, and phone call). At 9:56 am I received a call saying my appointment still “needed to be scheduled” for Tuesday.Someone was lying because I got two different stories — first she said plumbers called out today. Then she admitted that really the weekend team just sends out messages about scheduled appointments that never actually existed.Edit: l asked if I could at least get a confirmed time slot for tomorrow since I'll have to adjust my work schedule a 2nd time. Nope. Was told I would be informed tonight what time someone will come. No willingness to make an accommodation given the fake appointment today.(My Georgia Plumber — I would love for a MANAGER to call me and rectify this since I’m still waiting for an appointment. I expressed my frustration, but the person who called me was obviously so beaten down that I tried not to get too frustrated with her. Sounds like a management issue and not an employee issue.)
