The complaint is that the employee bathroom is clogged and not flushing We found the toilet is clogged and when we attempted to flush it nothing happened The toilet is a pressure assist toilet We did find a large crack in the bowl the pressure tank is not pressurizing We did auger /plunge and ran a snake through the toilet to clear the clog we got the waste to go down but there seems to be a underlying issue with the pipes because we could get the water level to drop but it never actually rushed out I ran the snake 15 to 20 feet out and didn’t hit anything No other bathroom or fixtures are being effected My recommendation is to replace the toilet and run a camera once the old toilet has been pulled to determine what the underlying issue is Job not completed need to submit for toilet replacement and running camera Estimates is built and ready to send
