Tenet stated there’s a leak under kitchen sink Found leaking coming from saddle valve under kitchen sink. Saddle valve going to the fridge. Need to cut out saddle valve and replace the stop valve for the cold side of the kitchen faucet then rerun the water line to the wall behind the fridge and install an ice maker box behind the fridge. Cut out and replaced stop valve under kitchen sink to stop the leak. There is no active leak at this point but the customer has no water to his fridge. Need approval to install ice maker box behind the fridge. Job is not completed. Estimates ready to send
Customer stated: they had a black partials coming out of their faucets. Tech notes: called out today to look for black particulate in the home owners water. While on site I ran a couple of faucets and little bits of rubber from the ariators were causing the black particals. I explained to the home owner that she needs to clean her ariators by twisting them off to clean them then twisting them back on. Resolution: home owner needs to clean ariators. Job status: complete. Job notes: Could not check pressure due to hose bibs were not on and shut offs are covered behind drywall. Could not check pressure at water heater due to plastic drain.
The tenant complaint is that when child was mopping the bathroom floor water leaked down into the laundry room We found that the toilet is rocking side to side but it is not leaking there is a large gap under the base of the toilet and that’s why the water leaked to the laundry room and why the toilet is rocking We also found the flooring around the toilet is very soft and flexing and stepped on I recommend haveing the subfloor looked at to check the integrity of it There is no mechanical issue with the toilet We shimed the toilet and caulked around the base of the toilet Tested with no issues Job complete No there estimates are needed There was no one on site we were let in remotely no one to sign
Customer stated that the cold side on the washer box was missing a handle Tried to find a handle that I could replace it with but was unsuccessful Cut access hole in the sheet rock to gain access to the under side of the valve Upon further inspection I was able to detach the old cold valve and replace it with a new one Job is compleat No quotes needed Customer will needed the sheet rock repairs in the garage
Customer stated water heater making noise and water not getting hot. Found water heater t&p valve running. Tested water pressure and found the psi was 120 with the t&p running. Could not find prv but found the emergency shut off valve. Valve was to close to the slab and other pipes to install prv. Replaced t&p and installed prv outside of home inside a box right after the meter box Could not get signatures due to the tenet not being home Job is completed
Customer stated water pressure is low. Found water pressure was in the normal range but the water volume dropped shortly after turning on a fixture Gate valve for the entire house under water heater has failed and is slightly stuck shut Replaced gate valve under water heater and adjusted water pressure slightly. Due to how close the fittings under the water heater were I had to replace the gate valve for the front hose bib as well. Job is completed.

Customer call about high water bill I find the water meter is spinning but the line is between 100ft long 60ft is under slab I built estimate to send leak detection guy and another one to replace water line my estimate is high because is to much big roots
CUSTOMER STATED: They had a leak coming from the piping underneath the kitchen sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that the tubular underneath the kitchen sink was disconnected, and needed to have a minor rebuild done in order to fix leaking issue. While on site I tested the whole home water pressure, and received a reading of 120 psi which is outside of state code regulations, and indicates the existing PRV located in the garage has failed. I also found that the water heater is only one year of age, but is also out of code due to there being a flared copper gas line instead of a gas flex connector. I let the tenant know I would need to replace/repair all three in order to bring home up to code, and fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I was able to successfully replace the existing failed tubular along with new washers, replace the existing failed PRV, and install brand new gas flex connector with no issues. I tested all three repa
Customer stated that when they were using the kitchen sink suddenly water was all over their foot. Found bottom part of drain assembly under kitchen sink was disconnected. After investigating the system realized due to the height of the drain out of the wall there was no way to run the drain without the entire drain assembly holding water. reattached the drain so tenets can use the sink again. Need to build estimate with Robert to rerun the drain WORK NOT COMPLETED. ESTIMATE FOR ADDITIONAL WORK IS REQUIRED TO MAKE SURE THIS SINK DOES NOT CONTINUE TO LEAK.
Customer stated: they had a leaking coming from their bathtub. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking bath tub. While on site the first thing I noticed was the grout and caulk is in extremely bad condition exposing cracks where water can travel into the basement. I tested the waste and over flow assembly in the guest bathroom one the main level. I found no leak coming from any of the drain lines or supply lines.
