Customer stated: they had a leak. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leak. While on site I found no water any water but warped floors. I ran the bath tub for about 30 minutes along with the sink and the toilet all in the hall bathroom and wasn’t able to get a drop of water to show. After checking the water meter I found the home owner had no leaks due to no movement on the meter. I checked water pressure and found it at 50psi which is right where it needs to be at. I tried to ask home owner some questions and he wasn’t really able to inform me on what happened other than there was just water on the floor. I checked everything plumbing related and couldn’t get an any water to show up where the floors are warped. resolution: I found no mechanical failure with the plumbing system upon inspection and diagnosing. Tenet stated water is coming up in front yard. Found a geyser in front yard due to water service line leak. Dug up water service line to find white pec water service line going into a flow control into blue pen water service line. The blue pen was kinked due to the angle the old copper water service line going into house meets the new pen water service line instead of using any pen fittings to connect the two they kinked one of the lines to make them connect this eventually cause the pipe to crack and leak Replaced kinked section and installed a 90 to make the angle be able to connect without any Unnecessary stress on the pipe Job is completed Due to the amount of water most of the soil washed away and made back filling the hole completely difficult there will likely be a sunk in spot at the point of the spot repair.
