Between Preston and David C., my hot water heater issue has been successfully resolved. I'm impressed with the guys' tenure, knowledge and positive attitude to help me through a hot water replacement that included working with my home warranty company, which made things a little more tricky. Grateful for their efforts!

The office staff is very pleasant and prompt with addressing any questions. The appointments were quick and easy to make. The technician, Travis, went out of his way to do an outstanding job. He made sure to order the recommended company model connectors instead of taking short cuts so as to prevent any future gas leakages. He also replaced the gas line behind my dryer which had been incorrectly installed and was leaking gas. I would highly recommend this company.
