Beware of bait and switch if you talk to the after-hours team. I was scheduled for an 8-10am slot on a Monday (confirmed by text, email, and phone call). At 9:56 am I received a call saying my appointment still “needed to be scheduled” for Tuesday.Someone was lying because I got two different stories — first she said plumbers called out today. Then she admitted that really the weekend team just sends out messages about scheduled appointments that never actually existed.Edit: l asked if I could at least get a confirmed time slot for tomorrow since I'll have to adjust my work schedule a 2nd time. Nope. Was told I would be informed tonight what time someone will come. No willingness to make an accommodation given the fake appointment today.(My Georgia Plumber — I would love for a MANAGER to call me and rectify this since I’m still waiting for an appointment. I expressed my frustration, but the person who called me was obviously so beaten down that I tried not to get too frustrated with her. Sounds like a management issue and not an employee issue.)

Good - Communication is fantastic. You get calls, emails and texts to keep you up-to-date. When the tech is in route, you get a text with his/her picture. Appointments are easy to get; even same day.Bad - They've mastered the bait and switch. And they try to quote you one thing covered under warranty, but they when they come back to do the repair, suddenly that estimate more than doubles with new lines on the estimate FOR THE SAME JOB.They show up hours later, and even after saying they're on the way and 21 minutes out, it's still over an hour from there. Pricing. $50 to replace a flapper seems high to me when it's a 2 minute job and Amazon sells great quality flappers for under $10. The last couple of times I get "scary warnings" of everything that's about to happen any minute. For example, the toilet could start leaking any day, but we can replace it now. I've lived in 40-yr old homes where the toilet seals hold. You fix when it happens. No need to scare people into upselling.Overall - I used them several times in the past but the techs recently are dumber than dirt and only want to upsell. I won't be back. But if you're in a bind, just remember caveat emptor, and don't get hooked into extra work that might not be needed.

Not at all happy with the way our service was handled. Two stars because the work was finally completed and we now have hot water again.Original Situation: Hot water heater went out on a Sunday. We called right away that day and a tech was scheduled 'first thing' Monday. First thing ended up being 4pm. A part had to be ordered and we were told a couple of days... fast forward to Friday, no communication during the week of what was going on. We called and were told "I don't even see that the part was ordered" followed by a "let me speak to my manager". After being on hold, someone came over the phone saying they searched the warehouse and what do you know, the part that was never ordered, was found. We asked if we could get on the schedule for the next day (Saturday) to get it fixed and we were told since it wasn't an emergency, we'd need to wait until the following week. 7+ days without hot water 👍 ...cool guys. Not only that, it was the same part that was replaced 2 years ago and we were still charged full price $400+ for something that we had continuously follow up for. Where has service gone these days? No "I'm sorry", no mention of a discount of service to make things right, nothing.My Georgia Plumber, treat your customers better. If you want to discuss... we have all documentation, camera interactions etc. and are available for review. As for right now, I'd advise potential customers that are reading this to beware and quote elsewhere.

I called My Georgia Plumbing at 11a.m. and by 1:20p.m. the technicians were here. Ian was so pleasant, explaining what had to be done. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and taken away. I would highly recommend My Georgia Plumbing.

Brandon Flannigan was the technician that came to the house yesterday to check our leaking water heater. He was very thorough with his inspection and provided a lot of information and options for quotes to complete the work. He was very patient with all of our questions and when he replaced the part that was an immediate need, he worked quickly and efficiently. We joined as members of My Georgia Plumber and are looking into doing a full water heater replacement in the future. I would highly recommend Brandon Flannigan as a technician. He was our first interaction with the company and made it a good experience.

Georgia Plumber was very professional. Starting from the initial service request until the job was complete. James was my technician. He arrived on time and he sent me a courtesy text to give me notice that he was on his way. James assessed my issue and quickly determine that I had an sewer ejector failure. All transactions was done through the main office. Georgia Plumber prices was reasonable compared to other estimates that I received. James returned to actually repair the issue a few days later. I will definitely use Georgia Plumber again.

We had My GeorgiaPlumber repipe the lower level of our house after experiencing many pinhole leaks. Mike and Ian brought in a large crew and finished the job in one day. Everything was done efficiently, professionally, and completely. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire project. Every part of the job from start to clean up was first class, and I felt that the price was fair. They have become my go- to plumber.
