The installer did a great job. He came and looked over the job, removed the old copper pipes hooked to the refrigerator and replaced it with pex and a cut off valve. Attached the new pipe to the refrigerator and replaced the cold water cut off under the sink. We are glad that my Georgia plumber was able to help us get it working. Thanks goes to Santos for doing a great job and clean up at the end.

Their prices are high but good service. Most plumbing companies will waive their dispatch fee if you agree to the work they don’t. It wasn’t an emergency call or a weekend and they still charged over $200 to change a PVC pipe from a leaky sink.

My Georgia Plumber did some work for me last year and when I had a home warranty call this year I specifically asked for them. I was scheduled the day after I called and received a text message that evening to confirm the time that they will be coming the next day.My plumber was actually early. Scheduled between 1 and 3 he showed up at 1245. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set about to repair it.Because my house is 50+ yrs old, it had a lead pipe and CJ had some questions for his supervisor to confirm he was doing everything right. He kept me updated throughout the repair and explained he was calling his supervisor because he's not as familiar with the style of lead pipe. I appreciated that he knew when to make a call.Just a note on the 1 star home warranty reviews- keep in mind that the home warranty company approves or denies the coverage, not the plumber. So all the one stars here because your "issue" got denied- go give your home warranty contract a read or go and give them a 1 star, not My Georgia Plumber.

This company is unethical and lacks business integrity. They misrepresented their capabilities and overcharged for services they were unable to provide and are now not unwilling to compensate for the work that was not performed. They attempted to cheat the warranty company that assigned regretfully assigned them to our job, but were successful in doing so to myself. Make sure you ask questions and get details of the scope of work in writing, and avoid paying any fees upfront.

We had an excellent service experience with Mr. Mike D. of My Georgia Plumber. We had a persistent leak in our basement that was causing a lot of stress.Mike D. and his assistant came out quickly, assessed the situation, and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done. They installed a new sceptic tank on 06/06/23, and on 07/10/24. It started leaking, they are saying that their warranty is only 1 year, and nothing they can do if it’s leaking. Bad service.This is in the basement and my son just started using the basement a month ago since the installation

No extra for the expansion tank and routed pvc from the drain pan to the HVAC Condenser pump to push the water outside in the event of another leak.

Unfortunately I have had 2 major slab leaks in last year. Santos from My Ga. Plumber was the repair man both times. That is the FORTUNATE part. He is very professional, courteous, kind, caring and most importantly he is GOOD at what he does. He minimizes the destruction he has to do to get to the leak and solves the problem. I feel very fortunate to have him do the repair in my unfortunate situation.

first and most frustrating ,the water heater job you did just last year,,we are being told now it's not up to code. when I went and inspected the job you did I find it incredible that you never once talked to THE HOMEOWNER and would have approved the extra copper ,now I'm stuck with a piece-meal copper job that's leaking from every joint you pieced together. so I am a very unsatisfied . and don't get me started on the toilet job you half way !!!

Read the bad reviews first… They don’t lie. Then look at this company’s response to them all. They keep my credit card on file too like others have said and also charged without my permission but that’s not my current issue. I had them out for a few things on our new construction home before moving in. The guys they sent out were the laziest and sloppiest contractors and this company didn’t seem to care. We had to have the work redone after not passing the inspections their guys “fixed”. They made a mess and didn’t clean it, left garbage on the floor and inside the walls and ruined a fixture. My dishwasher is a whole other problem. They installed it incorrectly and even after telling them, it’s not only still installed incorrectly but doesn’t work and they bent the bottom of it. They sent another guy out to look at it but we have him on camera as not even being at the house for 5 minutes. Yet they claim he was there and checked it out and it was fine. I had to have another service call by the dishwasher company come and fix the incorrect installation and it wasn’t hooked up the right way either! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a local company and we are very disappointed. I usually don’t write negative reviews but I’m hoping to help others to stay away!
