Not using My Georgia Plumber again! I had a leaky shower nozzle. This is normally a bad showerCartridge. The first tech could not get the handle off. The second tech broke the shower valve trying to get the cartridge out. This caused them to have to cut out sheet rock to fix the valve or we couldn't use water in the house. They came out to fix the valve the third time to fix the shower, leaving me with this.They promised to have someone fix the sheet rock, but I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time!!So..They came back and repaired the sheet rock after this post.

Our experience with My Georgia Plumber has been up and down. The majority of the plumbers they send are knowledgeable and courteous, but if a problem is caused by one of their crew members the management will go out of its way not to be reached or reach out.The owner who came to our house all but accused us of causing damage caused by his workers before stating that he didn't even see any damage done to our flooring, and then he had his wife quietly deny our claim from an email address we hadn't been told to expect email from (and was thus forwarded to junk mail with a5 business day response TAT to respond to the denial) despite having been told we would hear from them directly.Everything about our dealings with the owners has soured our otherwise good view of this company we had used for years. Do not use this company - Plumb Medic, Mr. Plumber, or really any other plumbing companies should be your go-to before you use this service.

I can’t say enough great things about My Georgia Plumbing. They are professional, punctual and skilled at what they do. We had a repair through our home warranty and the 1st company that they selected, not only installed a tankless hot water heater incorrectly, they never returned our calls. My Georgia Plumbing went above and beyond to make us whole again and fix the hot water heater that was installed incorrectly from the start. Trevor and Preston were very pleasant, patient, responsive and made sure that they repaired the issue before leaving. I would definitely use them again.

MGP came out to for a service request I had with American Home Shield. My toilet was leaking, they fixed it. My sink drain plug was rusted out and stop working, they fixed it. The company as a whole is very transparent. They communicate very well. I suggest My Georgia Plumber.

My Georgia plumber was very easy to work with and were referred by my home warranty company as I called regarding a tankless hot water issue. Their technician tracking system was fantastic and I did get a text from Preston, letting me know he was on his way. He appeared in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous, and explained the tankless hot water system to me. I would have no reservations, recommending my Georgia plumber or reaching out to them should further issues reply and I am very happy.

Zero Rating for My Georgia Plumber. We sought help from My Georgia Plumber for a single issue: our tankless water heater. They assured us they had plumbers with that experience, but reality proved otherwise. Each service visit a different young inexperienced employee arrived - requiring us to repeat critical details. They merely relayed information to an actual plumber over the phone to receive diagnoses and instructions. Meanwhile, freezing temperatures damaged our water pump. When we requested a specific plumber for a final warranty repair - hoping for continuity and competence - the service manager sent a verbal refusal and told us to go elsewhere. Rather than providing professional, skilled, and personalized service, My Georgia Plumber dismissed us for expecting basic consistency. If you need knowledgeable, reliable plumbers, look elsewhere. My Georgia Plumber has proven they are simply not equipped. Very disappointing.

We had a pipe burst in the garage of our new house due to a winter freeze, and My Georgia Plumber was able to get out within an hour to fix it, even though it was almost 5:00 p.m.! We're grateful for their service, and the additional work they were able to do for us the same day. The plumbers were very friendly and had no problem with showing me where I could turn off the faucets to my outside spigots at my new house. Great service and prices and I would highly recommend.

Brandon came out to do the annual complimentary inspection and water heater flush as part of the benefits of the home care club membership my mom has and he was so thorough and spot on from the minute he arrived. He communicated everything he was going to do for this service and asked if we had any questions or concerns. He also asked if we had any plumbing issues going on so he could look into that as well. He took pictures and documented all of the plumbing she has in her house and he checked that each one was working properly. He did a great job and fortunately all plumbing passed with no issues or repairs! This is definitely worth the small membership fee to stay on top of all the plumbing in the house.

I called MyGeorgiaPlumber to take care of a leak coming from my shower into the basement. The quote came out to over $1,500 to replace the P-Trap and shower drain. The Tech "CJ" told me it was so much because he needed another technician to push down on the drain when it was being assembled but they would be done inside of 2 hours. I guess I am not qualified to push on the drain.... The access wasn't an issue - they could get to it through the drop ceiling in the finished basement and only needed a 6 foot ladder. Also a $500 faucet replacement. The replacement part again is $45.I stopped this company from continuing work... I called the office to speak to the owner/manager. Nope... they sent the scheduler to talk to me saying that the manager was too busy on the other line. I doubt it. They are issuing a refund for the money I paid. No one wants to talk about it. Message received. It is clear, by the technician's comments, that they are gouging customers because of the amount of frozen pipe bursts over the last few days. I looked up the parts from home depot, the whole repair would be under $50 for the leak repair and $50 for the faucet. Even if I tell them to charge me 500% for the parts, it still makes the labor over $1400. They want to charge $150 for the service call with the line item stating on the quote - " Getting a technician and a stocked service vehicle to your home is the best way possible to resolve your issues on the first visit. Yeah... no. If you can't contractually meet the comment on your quote, don't BS and charge it. They didn't have any parts and they scheduled the repair for the next week."Do not call these opportunistic underhanded plumbers. Find an independent handyman to do it. Even if the handyman does it wrong 4 or 5 times... you still save over 50% of what these reputable and "trusted" service providers would do. You can trust them... to overcharge.I am not stopping with a crappy review... I am going to push this. What this company is doing is praying on the misfortunes of people.

From the first phone call, to the people that came quickly, I was thrilled with the personality, professionalism and quality of work. It was a no-brainer to add them to my permanent list.

The job was done. Thats the positive.The negative: they were supposed to come out Wednesday. When i didnt hear from them i called. Thats when i was told they weren’t coming. I had someone here waiting. Poor communication. the install of the millivolt is placed at the front and is unsightly. The “professional” tech also took the heat shield with him. It is needed to use the fireplace. So i waited 2 days for them to bring it back. Orig. they said a week. Poor customer to say the least. Also they are not cheap. I have other projects that i would have used them for but i wont be doing that.
