Not using My Georgia Plumber again! I had a leaky shower nozzle. This is normally a bad showerCartridge. The first tech could not get the handle off. The second tech broke the shower valve trying to get the cartridge out. This caused them to have to cut out sheet rock to fix the valve or we couldn't use water in the house. They came out to fix the valve the third time to fix the shower, leaving me with this.They promised to have someone fix the sheet rock, but I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time!!

We have used My Georgia Plumber for emergencies and maintenance, and we feel they have been honest in most of these encounters (only one bad encounter out of around 20+ in the 10 years we've owned this house, and I think that was a tech having a bad day). They are easy to contact, provide the services they say they will do, and they are willing to work on pricing whenever they can. They explain things fairly well, and we continue to use them and refer others to them.

AHS home warranty holder here.They were sent through my home warranty company and appear to have fallen into the same deceptive practices of other home warranty plumbers. After they were dispatched for a septic issue, they spent an hour snaking the inside plumbing, then left, saying the clog was in the yard and they would need to come back the next day. It is a septic issue. Of course the clog is in the yard. In previous experience our plumbers have always started in the yard, but I found it odd that they didn’t even attempt to check the line to the septic tank during their entire visit.Before leaving they asked if something “foreign” could be in the pipes. This was concerning, because I have proof of AHS plumbers pretending the woman of the house has caused the plumbing issue… if you know what I mean. So I truly hope that is not the message that was relayed to my home warranty company, causing them to deny coverage, as we know how septic tanks work and how to ensure they don’t become clogged. Additionally, our home warranty company sent a plumber from another company for the exact same issue a year earlier, and it was fixed within an hour.Whatever they told AHS resulted in the second visit being denied, so they tried to bill me over $800 to bring out the “big machine” to remove the clog in the yard.I called the local plumber I used before contracting with AHS and had the issue resolved in less than an hour for $250. My local plumber started and finished their services in the yard, and never needed to snake the inside plumbing. My local plumber also gave me a detailed description of the issue that caused the stoppage, which was no fault of our own.Based on my experience with home warranty plumbers, their practices were questionable and possibly deceptive.

I wish I had done my research because I would not have selected this company at all! Our septic backed up into the house and one of our toilets started leaking through the floor into the basement and many walls. CJ, the technician who came out did a fabulous job. He was kind and unfortunately they were unable to pump the septic tank so we had to get someone else which fine, but we scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the problem and not only were they fixing the toilet leak they were going to find the source of an on going leak and get that fixed as well. When the other workers came out to fix the toilet (which I totally could have done myself after knowing the little bit they fixed and what it took). Then they found the leak but did not fix it because the leak was from a pipe outside that leads into the house. So after paying for the service for just over $1354, they didn’t fix the leak and instead quoted me a price of $1600 to fix that. I still haven’t received an actual invoice that was to be sent and now, because I have very little trust in them and feel they just took my $$$ and now just want more for a leak I was told would be fixed in the amount I already paid, I am still working with a near $500 water bill and looking for a fix to the leak. Very frustrating. Learned my lesson that when in a panic, still take the time to process what they are telling you!

We recently had James and Carlos from My Georgia Plumber install two new faucets after removing our old ones. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor were outstanding, and they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning up all debris from the job.The removal process was particularly challenging due to corroded parts on one of the faucets, but James worked miracles to resolve the issue. I honestly don’t know how he managed it, but he did—and the results were flawless.I wholeheartedly recommend My Georgia Plumber for any plumbing needs. They truly exceeded our expectations!

My Georgia plumber was very easy to work with and were referred by my home warranty company as I called regarding a tankless hot water issue. Their technician tracking system was fantastic and I did get a text from Preston, letting me know he was on his way. He appeared in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous, and explained the tankless hot water system to me. I would have no reservations, recommending my Georgia plumber or reaching out to them should further issues reply and I am very happy.

Arrived to our property to replace a section of the main line. The equipment they brought to dig the trench would not start. The employees proceeded to spend 1.5 hours yelling and swearing at one another working on the equipment in front of our home, leaving a huge oil/gas stain in front of our house that they refuse to clean because they have no "legal obligation" to rectify a problem THEY CAUSED. Office staff is nasty when answering the phone, and we had to call to request any type of invoice or receipt for the work that was completed. We were recommended this company by our home warranty, but I would not recommend them or have them complete any work on our home in the future, which is a shame, as the younger technicians who came to give us an estimate were awesome.Updated to reply to owner: We did reach out to the office, sent photos of the stain, before and after the rain, and this is the response we received: "We would like to clarify that we are not legally obligated to clean city roads, as this responsibility typically falls under the jurisdiction of the city or municipality. If this issue were on your private property, such as your driveway, we would be more than happy to assist in addressing it. However, since the area in question is not your property, we recommend contacting the city for further assistance."Absolutely ridiculous response to an issue YOUR COMPANY caused.

I never write reviews but this is an experience for the ages! Late 2 hours for a rescheduled appointment that made me loose the whole working day! Simple faucet leaking. Tech shows up-probably around 18 or so, looks at the problem comes back with the "main"guy to explain what the problem is and how much will be. Same issue last year-another faucet- with same company different tech! $225-$250 nicest guy ever. Different guy this time around-borderline rude, dismissive of me telling him about last call from this company and $800.00 to boot! Plus charging $150.00 for telling me what the problem is. Wow! IF you want LATE, RUDE and OVERPRICED you came to the right place!!Update on this review: Contacted this vendor as per "owner" response to have the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Nice lady informed me that a manager will contact me as soon as possible. That was 2 days ago!! I guess we need to add LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE" to what describes this place! Wow and I thought it couldn't get any worse!!
