The homeowner complaint is that the gas logs won’t start I found the pilot light was out and I was able to get it to light But after attempting to get it to light several times the pilot lights but when you let off the button the pilot goes out The gas control needs to be replaced or the whole gas log system needs to be replaced I explained to the homeowner not to use the system until it is replaced Job not completed No visible clean out

Customer stated: Pressure on house is high. Technician notes: Found pressure on house to be sitting at 100 psi, removed and replaced prv with new watts prv, while securing straps to wall the 1 inch pvc line coming into the house, was unable to quickly locate water meter due to it being around the curve and down a hill, finally got water shut off and made needed repairs to water line. No leaks or mechanical failures found after turning water back on to house. Dried up area the best we could, there was a floor drain in the mechanical room so water was able to drain through it, customer stated that they were going to place a fan in the room to dry up any left over moisture. My first trip customer was not home waiting approximately 25 minutes with no answer or response to the office from the homeowner.

Big Canoe front gate denied me access after waiting for 15 minutes for their system to come back online. Attempted to contact customer, as did office. No response. Unable to get through gate, will need rescheduled. Customer States: There are stains in the living room ceiling, the master bathroom tub is above this area. It’s had an issue before. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with a potential leak coming from a master bathroom tub. Found that the Delta tub faucet leaks when used. Leak is coming from hot and cold side cartridges. Resolution: Installed new hot and cold side cartridge’s in the master bathroom delta tub faucet. Restored water to home and tested for proper function. Filled tub and tested other components.

Costumer stated water heater was leaking Technician notes after inspecting found the unit in the basement to be approximately 23 years old located in the basement. The unit is a 50 gallon electric that is leaking from the top of the tank and is in repairable. My recommendation is to replace the unit with code required items. Resolution AHs approved the replacement with an out of pocket cost of 416.26 and the home owner would prefer any day and time besides Thursday this week. The home owner also already paid via check for the 100% deposit.
