Technician installed new moen posi temp cartridge on return trip to find that was not the issue. Upon further investigation we found that the recirculation pump to be the issue technician cut in a half and shut off to Fine that the pump and The check valve will need to be replaced. Technician will submit to choice with Dan whenever we find out proper pricing for the recirculation pump.
CUSTOMER STATED: water temperature changes randomly to hotter whenever bathing the baby. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Technician found that the water heater is connected to recirculation pump in the cause of the temperature. Change was the timer, causing the pump to turn on whatever the baby was being bathed. We also found drain be very slow Resolution: We ran an auger down the drain 6’, to clear all hair and debris from line.
