The tenants complaint is that the master bath shower will not shut off We found the master bathroom shower cartridge is shut the water off We removed the cartridge and found that it is not a standard cartridge Will need to order the cartridge and reschedule to install the new cartridge We did install a standard standard cartridge to stop it from leaking any more but it dose leak when it is used I explained that the master shower can not be used until we get the new cartridge installed I left the handle assembly off of the shower and put the parts in the master bathroom vanity Job not complete Need to order cartridge link below
CUSTOMER STATED: Entire house is backing up into powder room. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found main line stoppage in the system of the house. Stoppage was after the outside clean out towards the septic tank. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: ran sewer machine down main line and pulled back baby wipes. System was cleared. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS:cutout and replaced section of water service line. It was not very deep at the point of the leak but was lower before and after the spot of the leak. Went into attic and found the hvac system to have a constant, steady leak which is causing the discoloration on the ceiling below. Resipro needs a hvac contractor out to fix issues. Customer stated shower head is leaking Found shower head in basement bathroom leaking from back threads in the wall. Causing discoloring in the wooden trim around the shower. Removed and reattached the shower head with new teflon tape to insure it was not leaking anymore Job is completed
CUSTOMER STATED : Washing machine is leaking and there is a gas control valve leak. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today to the vacant property to inspect a leaking washing machine box and a gas control valve leak. Upon arrival water was turned off at the meter. After turning water back on, found the cold side to the washing machine box to be leaking at the sharkbite connection. Washer box had also broken at the neck the connects to 2 inch pvc. Gas was turned on to water heater in garage and we found not find any types of water or gas leaks at this time. RESOLUTION : Replaced washing machine box located upstairs in laundry area. Customer stated that the master closet had a leak coming in looks like it was coming from out side Cut access home in the walls to insure there were no water line in the wall where customer thought water was coming from Opened up another hole in the same closet behind tub and found water standing under the master shower Looked at the shower drain and found that it was only hand tight So I removed the shower drain and resiled the shower drain and put back in place and tested There are no leaks at this time Customer also has a tub spout in the hallway bathroom that was not working properly when you would pull the diverter up it would only half divert water to the showerhead Replaced tub spout Tested everything is functioning properly at this time, and there are no leaks at this time Also check hallway, bathroom, shower, drain shower is draining properly at this time small amount of hair and drain line Remove debris from drain line and tested. Everything is draining properly
Customer stated: they had a clogged home. Tech notes: called out today to look at a clogged home. While on site I found the home had a clean out that is completely overflowing. I ran my sewer machine 100ft and pulled back tons of wipes and roots in the line. Resolution: need to replace sewer line due to exposure of roots. The sewer line is 90 feet long and is located on the right side of the home. The sewer Lin is 4inch and goes directly from the right side of the home to the street. We will need an excavator to trench along with laying 90 feet of 4 inch pvc and connecting it at the city connection. We will also be filling the trench back in once line is laid and completed.
