CUSTOMER STATED: propane line leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a gas line from propane tank that was cut, will need to replace fittings in order to address leak along with gas line. RESOLUTION: as of today we were able to cap off line, I did explain to home owner fittings will need to be replaced due to finding a small leak on the tee torwards generator once tightened we got rid of leak, home owner stated they would call propane company to replace fittings. This is a complimentary estimate to connect the gas fire pit line at the meter and fire pit. Additionally, we would be completing the installation and connection of the octagonal fire feature supplied by Deeproot. This will require the gas company to upsize the gas meter to a 2-pound (red face) meter to accommodate the 280,000 BTU fire feature and the existing draw within the home. Deeproot will need to cut/remove the stone at ground level to allow for the proper transition from yellow poly to black iron. They will also drill a 1" hole through the side wall to allow for black iron pipe to penetrate and install a shut-off valve. DeepRoots drilled hole through firepit for where they wanted it to go through. We chipped up rock and motor around poly gas pipe to be able to transition properly, added a gas shut off valve and ran 3/4” black iron piping through stone firepit. ***gas meter has not been changed out so line at meter is NOT connected and will need another trip once gas m

This is a service estimate to replace the existing natural gas water heater and all code required items. This also includes a 10 year My Georgia Plumber extended warranty Technician notes: upon arrival found 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in basement, the heater was leaking internally, presented customer with replacement options and she elected to move forward with the replacement with a 10 year warranty. Removed existing water heater and installed new My Georgia Plumber supplied 50 gallon natural gas and all code required items. Filled heater back up with no leaks or mechanical failures at this time. TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today to perform of scope of work for a connection at fireplace area, and possibly at meter as of today pipe at meter goes from 1 1/4 to 1 inch at top, gas line has been put down and set up near fireplace area which we will drill a hole through stone side and leave it stubbed to were contractor will deal will connection at fireplace.

Site has already been excavated and exposed. There is approximately an 18” section that has been removed. We have open access to the gas meter for the complex to shut off the gas. Once the connection is made we will then need to check fixtures for any pilot lights that will need relit. Additionally, they would like to have the 2” yellow poly gas line (between villas 4&5) cut and capped. This estimate includes My Georgia Plumber not excavating to uncover the line. CUSTOMER STATED: Gas line needs connected TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found a 2 inch yellow poly gas line that was at some point cut and capped behind villas 3 & 4. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Would like to have this line reconnected and the line behind villas 4 & 5 capped. Have provided estimates with MGP doing the excavation to cap the line versus excavation being done by staff

Customer stated water company came out and said that they had a large leak inside the house Technician notes after inspecting I was able to determine that the line from the meter to inside by isolating the line using the main water shut off. There are no signs of water leaking inside The home. Leak is coming from after the PRV. The home is on a slab in the Prv is located underneath the water heater in the garage. Resolution my recommendation is to have leak detection out due to the leaking under the slab inside the home, as there is no signs of any water inside the home with this large leak. came out to location today for south east, when I checked each bathroom in church one in main floor with urinal, two in main floor by front door, and one upstairs spoke to southeast and was told upstairs one needed to be pulled and reset , I pulled the toilet replaced wax ring along with supply line, flushed the toilet multiple times to test and found no issues. Other toilets in other bathrooms didn’t need work.

Customer stated one of the fireplaces in multiple units checked out, as well as figure out why the last two buildings were not getting gas to the outdoor regulator, and shut off Technician notes after inspecting the six fireplaces that were operational. I found no issues presented at that time, and each unit was operating as it should. As for the last two buildings we were not getting gas supply at the outdoor shut off past the regulator. Buildings are using natural gas with a 5 pounds gas meter. After getting verbal authorization to proceed with moving the regulator to further diagnose, the manager authorized The diagnostic fee, as well as the service fee Resolution after removing both regulators opening the valve I determined that the valve is opening and closing as it should, but there is still no gas supply exiting the line outside. The maintenance guy thinks the line was abandoned at some points back in 2008, but I saw no signs of a separate shut off or gas line feeding the last
