CUSTOMER STATED: they had loose shower trim. TECHNICIAN NOTES: I’m the guest bathroom howl owner has a shower trim that’s not stuck to the wall. He requested to caulk it and I told him he would need a grout technician out to do so. Home owner also had a leak in the ceiling coming from the attic. The attic has a hvac unit in it that has a pan full of water and is over flowing into the ceiling. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I recommend having a grout tech to come out and caulk the shower trim along with having an hvac technician to repair hvac u it. This a complimentary estimate to locate a septic tank using probing rod CUSTOMER STATED : we need to find clean out for our septic tank. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today to locate a clean out for the existing septic tank for the newly built home. When we arrived, the homeowner stated they needed to know where their existing septic tank was located. The back side of the had a visible clean out. RESOLUTION : Used probing rod to locate the existing concrete septic tank. Tank is located in the back yard of the home. JOB STATUS : Job complete JOB NOTES : Check collected for diagnostic fee.

Technician notes: upon inspection found that main branch for hall bathroom had a blockage, removed trap under lavatory sink and used sewer machine to clear blockage from drain line, was able to pull back paper products and hair.
