Customer stated: they had a leaking toilet and high water pressure. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking toilet and high water pressure. While on site I found the water pressure today to be at 16psi which is double the maximum pressure. Code in georgia is set between 40-80psi. The issue with the toilet is coming from the flush valve and the tank to bowl gasket. Home owner had a plumber put previously who had used the wrong tank to bowl gasket causing the toilet to leak when flushed. Resolution: replaced the prv in the basement and tank to bowl gasket along with fill valve. After replacement I turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should with no leaks or drips. Water pressure is now 60psi. **GIOS NOTES 7/29/24** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the faucet itself was was functioning properly, but there was no water coming out of the side sprayer hose when in use. I found that the sprayer hose connection along with the spout connection were installed in the wrong direction which is the reason the h/o was unable to get any water coming from sprayer hose. The h/o were not very happy with the quality of faucet we installed. They wanted something similar to what was already installed where the faucet head would be able to swivel/rotate. Resolution: I was able to successfully make repairs to get faucet along with the sprayer hose fixed, and functioning properly. CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking garbage disposal. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking garbage disposal. While on site I found the garbage disposal was leaking on the bottom of the unit along with the faucet leaking as well. The faucet was leaking internally causing water to build up around the faucet body and into the cabinet below. The garbage disposal was leaking in the cabinet from the bottom of the unit. Cm 06/11/2024 Customer stated: they wanted a tankless water heater flush and to look at a leaking water heater and a customer supplied kitchen faucet replacement. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking water heater, perform a water heater flush, and replace a kitchen faucet. While on site I did not perform a water heater flush due to it leaking. The leak on the rinnai tankless unit is coming from the condensate line. There is no condensation line coming from the unit so it’s dripping into a bucket below. The kitchen faucet the customer has provided is not the proper faucet to install. Home owner needs a 4 hole faucet due to the way the counter top is cut. Resolution: condensate line needs ran. Service estimate to unclog bathroom sink with a pistol snake this will include disassembling the ptrap and running a hand augur down the drainage syst Customer stated: sink bathroom is clocked and in the same bathroom bath tub drain is broken. Technician notes: upon arrival we found that the bathroom sink in the main level was clogged due to hair and and debris being stuck in the drain line as well as in the p trap. Return trip to replace the existing ice maker line. Cut out the existing saddle valve and supply stop for the faucet. Transitioned to PEX and install two new quarter turn valves along with a tee. Technician Notes: Current ice maker line is soft copper and runs from underneath kitchen sink, fishes through cabinetry until it reaches the backside of the fridge. There is a saddle valve on a 1/2” copper line underneath the sink. Customer States: He is having issues with his whirlpool tub in the hallway bathroom. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issues with the whirlpool tub. First issue is that the pump is not working. When the air switch is pushed in it makes a very loud noise. Pump is burned up and needs replaced. Issue number two is the faucet attached to the tub. CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner complaint is that when they try to use the walk in bath tub they run out of hot water after 1/3 of the tub is filled TECHNICIAN NOTES: I tested the water and it never got over a warm temperature In any of the fixtures that are connected to the original water heater I then looked at the water heater and found that it is 28 years old and the homeowner could not tell me if it had ever had any maintenance performed I found the temperature on the water heater was set low at somewhere around 110 to 115 I turned the temperature up and found that the water temperature did rise I then started filling the walk in tub up and got about half way up before the water started cooling down that was with only turning up the temperature on the upper thermostat RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: My recommendation is to replace the water heater JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
