Tenet stated while it was raining they noticed a stain in ceiling of garage. Found stain in ceiling of garage under attic space. Found no leaks from bathroom near the stains. The stains are directly under an attic space. Looked into attic space to find no plumbing at all. I believe there is a slight roof leak that showed its self during the last heavy rain when the stain appeared. Job is completed
CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak showing on the ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the tenants concern of there being discolored drywall on the ceiling in the living room, kitchen, and in the closet within the guest bedroom. Cut drywall on the ceiling in bedroom closet located upstairs and found 2 inch pvc a roof vent that is not sealed to the roof and signs of roof damage due to discoloration on the osb board under the roof. Cut drywall on the ceiling near the garage / kitchen. Full guest bathroom is located directly above. After inspecting bathroom, I found the floor tiles are not properly sealed and if you pour water on the floor upstairs, it will leak directly under where drywall was cut. Cut drywall above dining table and living room area and found no traces of plumbing. Believe discolored spots are also due to a roofing issue. CUSTOMER STATED: There is no hot water. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern of a 13 year old whirlpool electric water heater throwing a code “ E02”. Called whirlpool and rep stated the heater is overheating which is causing the code to appear. Due to the water heater not being a traditional electric, rep from whirlpool recommended a full replacement. Water heater located in garage is a 40 gallon electric low boy. Homeowner stated a tree had recently fallen onto their home and they will be leaving the home while roof is getting fixed for 1-2 weeks. 6/24/24 sold job notes : Out today for a return trip to complete a job sold to install a customer supplied toilet for powder bathroom and to perform a minor rebuild in toilet in jack and Jill bathroom. Leak dripping on water heater is coming from hvac lines that are being ran over top of water heater. Water heater itself is showing no mechanical failures at this point in time. Per customer, hvac system in basement was replaced 1 year ago. RESOLUTION : No repairs made today. Customer stated they are going to call company who installed hvac system and see if they will do anything since their system leaking has caused the corrosion.
