The tenants complaint is that the master bath shower does not get hot water The refrigerator does not dispense water or ice We found that the shower handles are reversed and the hot is on the right And the cold is on the left so the lines in the wall are reversed there is no mechanical failure The refrigerator seems to have been pushed to far in causing a kink in the line We swapped the shower handle indicators We pushed the refrigerator back into place with the supply line lifting up to stop any kind of kink from happening Tested everything with no issues Job complete No other estimates needed

Customer stated the shower handle broke off Customer had all the pieces but the inside of the the handle was broken. Had to leave home, drive to Newnan, 40 minute round trip, to retrieve correct part... plastic tear drop handle. Replaced the shower handle and reinstalled the pop up drain assembly for the tub. Job is complete No estimates needed

Called out today due to the hand washing sink in the deli not working Upon further inspection and disassembly the fixture found that the air radiator was clogged up reinstalled everything and insured the faucet was working correctly Job is complete No quotes needed at this time Need to send photos of faucet working properly to them so they can close the ticket

Customer stated: they had no cold water in the basement. Tech notes: called out today to look at a basement with no cold water. While on site I found the basement shower was getting no cold water. I took the cartridge out and cleaned it along w8th where the cartridge sits. I tried putting the faucet back to get her and testing to still not get any cold water. Resolution: shower valve needs replace in order to get cold water. Job status not complete need to with return 2 handle shower valve. Dwellborn 07/31/24 Replaced shower valve and tested. Shower has proper pressure on hot and cold water. Job is completed

CM 05/23/2024 Customer stated: they had a pinhole leak. Tech notes: called out today to investigate a pinhole leak. While on site the first thing I checked was the water meter to see if it was spinning and found it wasn’t spinning. I got into the basement where they thought the leak was. I inspected everything in the basement and didn’t find a drop. The only thing I found is where the t&p drain line and the condensate line go out the house are not sealed at the foundation allowing water to come it whenever it rains. Resolution: resipro needs to send a technician to seal the foundation where the t&p and condensate line run out the back of the house. Job status: complete.

Stated..leak in ceiling Tech notes.. came out today to diagnose a leak in a basement while on site we found that the three handle diverter in the guest bath had worn out and was missing a packing nut and was causing the leak. We also noticed that the subfloor next to the tub is very soft and the floor flex’s when you step on it Resolution.. we completed rebuilt the diverter. Tested. No further concerns at this time. Status.. complete No new estimates are needed No visible clean out septic system

Customer call about leak in the yard I find a female on pressure regulator valve has a small crack on that causing leak in the yard fixed turn water on and everything is good job is complete This time is warranty

CUSTOMER STATED : Utility company was out and said 20 gallons of water is being used per hour. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for a leak. Tenant stated they believe leak is located in full basement bathroom due to mold stains. When I arrived, water meter was counting up at a fast rate indicating a good amount of water is getting out somewhere. We have cut drywall in bathroom but were unable to locate the leaks. After further investigating, we found a exterior pressure regulating valve that has cracked on the right side union causing the concerns. RESOLUTION : Dug up exterior leaking pressure regulating valve near water meter and replaced prv. After making proper repairs, the system has been fully pressurized and tested for leaks. There are no further leaks or concerns at this time after making repairs to prv. JOB NOTES : Please bill resipro for work completed today. Clean out located on right side of front door. JOB STATUS : Job complete

CM 04/08/2024 Customer stated: they had no water. Tech notes: called out today to look at a home getting no water while on site I checked the meter box to find no lock on the meter and it being completely open. Resolution: talked to the neighbors to find they have no water either. Home owner needs to call the county/city to figure out why the whole street has no water. Neighbor said that the owner of the road has a company working on the water line for the neighborhood. Job status complete. Job notes: septic with no clean out. No water to check pressure.

Run small machine on tub replace replace pressure regulator valve tested and pressure is on 55 psi job is complete
