Electronic gas control valve is showing no flashes. Water heater is still under manufacturing warranty. Recommended for customer to contact manufacturer and get new gas control valve for us to install for the cost of labor only. Plumbing service. We showed today because they had a toilet back up after we left, but when we got to site the were able to clear it just by flushing the toilet. We did some flushes with paper for a couple times and it continued flushing properly.

I used my disposal key to reach underneath and manually clear the jam.
