8/29 Arrived today to perform approved work on a master tub overflow. When we discussed the work and asked the male tenant about the tub drain he stated there was no tub drain issue. I asked again about the tub and he stated again no issue with the tub. The only issue was the kitchen sink. There was a small leak on the right side drain. We were able to tighten to brass nut at the bottom of the strainer. Please bill out under current Autho If we have to go back out there will need to be a new WO. CUSTOMER STATED: tub is leaking into downstairs hallway TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location to diagnose, and I found out the tub was leaking from the overflow part due to the fact that the gasket is really worn down. To fix the leak we will have to replace the gasket and possibly replace overflow and drain to be able to warrantee this work today. RESOLUTION: will need to submit issue through portal for replacement of the overflow plate and gasket to avoid further issues.
